Rent the island
Rates for up to 32 people per night*
Rates are subject to change.
The entire Island can be rented for the exclusive use of up to 36 guests* Accommodations are in sixteen hilltop cottage rooms and in North Beach Cottage.
A 17% tax and service charge, and taxi and boat transfers from Beef Island airport will be added to your bill.
* Rates on request for groups of more or less than 32.
We are closed to individual bookings in September and October, but we do accommodate Island Rentals beginning in late October.
RATES INCLUDE:
• Three meals per day plus between-meal refreshments, including fruit, coffee and tea at the Club and the Beach
• Wines for lunch and dinner selected daily
• Standard bar and beverages
• Beach Barbecues and Old Movie Nights
• Unlimited use of two tennis courts, small sailboats, kayaks, Hobie Wave, pedal boats, windsurfers, snorkeling gear, hiking trails, croquet, ping-pong, beach and fishing equipment, Internet service and more…
• Three round-trip group taxi and boat transfers to and from Beef Island airport
• Wash-and-fold laundry is available (more laundry can be done at additional charge)

Yoga, massage, waterskiing, tennis/pro partner, guided hikes, deep-sea fishing, fly and light tackle fishing, chartered boats, day trips and more.
