Arrival information
Please inform our reservations office of your airline, flight number and arrival time at Beef Island airport. A Guana representative will meet you just outside the Customs door and accompany you on the short drive to our dock. There you will board a Guana launch for the 10-minute cruise to Guana Island.

Service charge, rates and conditions
A 17 percent tax and service charge and transfer fees will be added to your bill. There is no need for additional tipping during your stay on Guana. Rates are subject to change. Although we try to satisfy requests for specific rooms, we cannot always guarantee them.
Currency
Currency in the British Virgin Islands is the U.S. dollar.
Deposits and account settlement
To secure your reservation, we require a 3-night deposit within 10 days of booking. We prefer checks (personal, travelers or business), cash or bank transfers, but also accept Visa and MasterCard and American Express.
Deposits are fully refundable if we receive your cancellation notice at least 30 days before the arrival date or if we are able to rebook the space reserved. Deposits will be applied to any canceled nights of a confirmed reservation. This deposit policy differs for bookings between December 18th and January 3rd and for full island rentals, so please verify the terms when making your reservation. Check-in and check-out
Formal check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is 12 noon. You are, of course, welcome to enjoy our facilities if you arrive earlier or leave later in the day.
Proof of citizenship
Guests must bring a valid passport for British Virgin Islands Customs and Immigration. For additional information, contact the British Virgin Islands Tourist Office.
