Chef Kael Mendoza
Kael’s culinary savvy and artistry transcends diverse cultures and regions. Originally from Mexico City where his education began, his passion for excellence directed him to El Raco de Can Fabes and El Celler de Can Roca in Spain, Amanyara in Turks and Caicos, Geranium in Copenhagen and Grand Fiesta Americana in California. For the past three years, Kael has been at Guana Island offering a mélange of International and Caribbean culinary experiences bolstered by fresh organic foods grown on island. The future of Guana’s cuisine will be sustained by a tropical farm to table concept and tasting menus headed by Chef Kael.
